Refund Policy

1. When we refund

• Pro and Lifetime: a full refund within 7 days of payment if a feature you bought does not work because of a problem we cannot fix, or if it is your account's first purchase and you are not satisfied.
• Duplicate or mistaken payments, or a payment that did not unlock your purchase: always a full refund, with no time limit.
• Workbooks: a refund within 7 days if the file will not open, is incomplete, or does not match its product page, and we cannot fix it.

2. When we don't

• Requests more than 7 days after payment (except duplicate payments or purchases that were not unlocked).
• Workbooks that were downloaded and work as described.
• AI credits already used, or remaining Pro time after the 7 days.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the terms of use.

3. How to ask

Contact us using the details below with your account email, what you bought, the payment date and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Cards usually show the refund within 5–10 business days. If the original method cannot be refunded (for example some PromptPay payments), we transfer to a bank account in the buyer's name.

Once refunded, access to that plan or workbook ends.
