Terms of Use

1. Accounts

• You must be an adult, such as a teacher, parent or carer.
• Your sign-up details must be true, and you are responsible for your password.
• One account is for one person. Do not share a paid account with others.

2. Plans and payment

• Prices and features are as shown on the pricing page on the day you buy. Prices are in Thai baht and include tax where applicable.
• Pro is a one-time prepayment for 1 month (30 days) or 12 months (365 days). It does not renew or charge you automatically.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment for that plan's features for as long as Eduora operates.
• Workbooks are bought individually and can be downloaded and printed from the buying account.
• The free 7-day Pro trial is once per account and needs a verified email.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

3. AI credits and fair use

AI credits are spent on AI generation at the rates shown on the site. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. To keep the service smooth for everyone, we may limit worksheets or AI requests per day or month as stated in each plan.

4. AI-generated content

AI-made worksheets, exams and lesson plans may contain mistakes. Always check accuracy and age-appropriateness before use.

5. Worksheet licence

• You may print, copy and use worksheets you make or download with your own class or children without limit.
• You may not sell, publicly redistribute, or upload Eduora worksheets, illustrations or workbooks to sell or share on other platforms.
• The site, illustrations, characters, frames and workbooks belong to Eduora Studio. Content you type or upload remains yours.

6. Prohibited use

• Scraping or bulk-downloading with automated tools, or getting around usage limits.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing or child-inappropriate content.
• Trying to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupting the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms and will tell you why.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available but it may be down for maintenance or faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce changes on the site before they take effect. Changes never reduce a plan you have already bought. These terms are governed by Thai law.
