Online classroom PRO collects books and worksheets behind personal learner links and tracks subject progress. Some books are purchased separately.

  4. Return to the guide any time

My library and learner work

PRO

Find reusable resources and distinguish learner submissions

  1. Save reusable originals

  2. Separate resources and submissions

The worksheet library keeps your created resources; classrooms and learner portfolios track answers or returned work.

  3. Keep a separate copy

Download important work to your own storage. PRO classrooms offer Drive backup or ZIP download; connecting an account alone does not create a backup.

Online classroom PRO

PRO

Collect resources, share personal links, review and back up

  1. Create a room and add learners

Name the room and grade/age range, then add learners. Mixed ages can share a room with appropriate resources assigned individually. Not sure yet? Press “Preview what your child sees” at the top first.

  2. Assign resources and share personal links

Add books, worksheets or question banks you made for everyone or selected learners (each child sees only what you assign). Copy each learner’s personal link and share it privately with the correct person. Added room resources use that same link.

  3. Review and reward

Follow reading and submissions, review answers, and give scores, feedback or rewards using the room controls. View progress by subject.

  4. Keep a room backup

Connect Google Drive, choose the room and whole-room or individual scope, then press Back up, or download ZIP. Connection alone is not automatic backup; ZIP excludes separately purchased book PDFs.
